I trained as a yoga teacher in my 50s so I can offer yoga that is kind, inclusive, friendly and helpful for all ages, shapes and sizes, health situations and life experiences. Yoga I can do. That we can all do.

I was really nervous about going on a yoga retreat, and was surprised how lovely it was. I feel really pleased I’ve done it.

The venue and location are absolutely fantastic, very beautiful and calming. I can visualise it now, such a lovely space to stay and for yoga.

Delicious food, wonderful to have it cooked for us - I can still taste that whipped feta and honeyed walnuts.

I love the yoga, just the right level for me, and the way Sally plans it and keep it doable for everyone. The restfulness of the Restorative Yoga in the afternoons is such a treat. 

Lovely people, including old friends and new.  Most importantly, Sally as a teacher, and being with a teacher I can trust, the other things are all a bonus. I love the way she paced each class and made everything an invitation. 

There’s no doubt I came back feeling more confident about yoga and very refreshed - I’d lost confidence during lockdown.

Sally created such a friendly atmosphere - in every way right from the start. I didn’t know her or anyone at all, and I felt included from the moment I arrived.

I brought a good book with me with the thought that if I didn’t like people I’d have a good read, but I didn’t read a single page. People were so friendly and we had such fun. Yet I could just go and rest anytime. 

Sally hit the right note with the yoga. I knew I didn’t need to do all of it - there was no pressure at all. Though it turned out I was fine and could. To my surprise, I was confident and comfortable in doing all the classes. 

I never felt pushed in terms of recovery and by the end of the week, I felt so much better.

I wouldn’t travel over an hour from North London to South London for her Saturday classes if it hadn’t worked so well. It was the ideal retreat - low key, no hassle, all very easy with the sea, good food and good company on tap whenever I wanted. 

Room was clean and lovely. Gorgeous views.

I took a chance, and it exceeded all expectations. It was an absolutely fantastic holiday.

I teach yoga on top of a full time job so when I’m on a yoga retreat I want to be a student first and foremost and relax and unwind from work and a busy life back home.

From the beginning there was a personal touch and warmth in Sally’s communication. When we were enquiring even before booking we felt taken care of. Everything was arranged for us from being met at the airport and the short ride and warm greeting at Rodis to the final farewell. So there was nothing to worry about which is so helpful to feeling completely on holiday. 

I loved Sally's mix of yoga with the more active part and the more therapeutic part and the breathing and meditation, all so important. Combined with practicing outside on the decking in the fresh air and with the aroma of the olive trees and flowers I really calmed down. 

Our hosts were super friendly, the food delicious, and I loved the group and the way we could do our own thing, yet come together with everyone for meals and trips. And with the sea a five minute stroll away I could swim in the morning before yoga - perfect!

We’ll definitely be coming back for another retreat soon.
